'LIKE' DOES NOT RELATES AN EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT WHEREAS AS 'LOVE' RELATES TO AN EMOTIONAL RELATIONSHIP.

hmmm...good question dude....to tell u fact i feel there is a very thin line between liking and loving a person which at times misunderstood by the person who is facing it..but one thing is sure the thing u like and love both gives u happiness and make ur life colorful..so there is no exact definition to it except to know them have a taste of both of them..coz love and liking are such feeling which can b understood better when felt than told....and as it is word cant describe atleast LOVE...but yes at times we feel we are in love with the person but later we realize it was liking and at times we dont even realize it that we love only when we actually lose them...nwaz i feel who can discriminate these two lives a happy life if he/she able to get the love and even if he loses the things which he/she likes most in this world...So with a positive note that u and i get both....

Love is the easy part. That feeling in your stomach, butterfly's, the can't bear to be apart from them for long. The " like" part is the hard 1. They go hand in hand . If you not only Love a person but also Like that person...well..you got a really good relationship. To like a person is wanting to do thing with them and just hanging out etc. I hope I helped.

U can't look straight into the eyes of the one u love.
But u can always smile into the eyes of the one u like.
When the one u love is crying,u cry with him.
But when the one u like is crying,u end up comforting him.
The feeling of love starts from the eye.
But the feeling of liking starts from the ear.
So if u stop liking a person u used to like,all u
need to do is close ur ears.
But if u try to close ur eyes,love turns into a drop
of tear & remains in ur heart forever......

Love means you can put up with just about anything that person throws at you and if your can't... You end up forgiving them for all their personal flaws and misgivings anyway.
You can always like someone but that goes out the door the minute they start acting shady.

There is difference of words only. Love is a result of liking. you can't love anything that you dislike. Liking something is the Ist phase of development of love.

When you're with the one you like,you can express yourself quite well,but when u r with the one you love,you don't know what to talk althoug you have got a lot of words to tell her;when the one you like is sad,you try to comfort her,and when the one you love is sad,you are sad too.

wow... are you serious?? there is alot of difference... if you are talking about a person, love would be wanting to spend ur life with them while like is prolly more alont the lines of wanting to date and get to know eachother better possibly to fall in love.
