I want to have a conversation with my cat

It comes with knowing your cat. There are a few basic things though..

If you close your eyes slowly while looking at your cat, and kinda squint, it's telling him/her that you are content. If the cat does it back to you, it means the same thing. It's kind of fun.

My cat waits for me to come down to his level so he can touch noses with me for a greeting, but my other cat won't do that. My other cat also doesn't interpret cat-to-cat communication correctly either, so.. it really just depends on the cat, its background, how long it was with its mother to learn cat behavior, and its personality.

Cats separated from the moms too quickly don't always develop the right way behaviorally, so communication depends on the cat.

No "school" will teach cat language. Communicating with animals is a skill learned by spending time with them and observing them. There's also a spiritual aspect where you can "hear" what they're trying to say, but mostly you learn what they want just by observation. Good luck with that...
