I despise Barking dogs & their owners, they are total nuisances , they are horrific for people with good hearing who would like to live and sleep in peaceful quiet slumber.
barking dogs make many of us psychotic !
Seems all the deaf people own barking dogs and those with hearing were able to train their dogs properly . The Dog Whisperer, Ceasar Milan is awesome !

I've seen plenty of deaf people with well behaved dogs. Plenty of hearing people have loud dogs, too.
I would take dangerous over noisy, if the owner properly restrained his slightly dangerous animal when in public.

i agree with you. but personally i can call the police or annoy the hell out of my neighbors in a different way until they stop their dog. dangerous dogs are just that, and they are often owned by the same sort of idiot. but those dogs are unpredictable. you can predict that a noisy dog is going to bark all night.

I hate dogs that bark and their owners are even worse for letting it continue....especially at 4 a.m.
