Jews do not eat pork. We do not eat any animal that does not chew the cud and have cloven feet. We also do not eat any fish that does not have scales and fins (shellfish), birds of prey, or scavenger animals.
It depends on what you believe whether you need to keep kosher or not. If you are Jewish, yes, eating pork is wrong. If you are not and you believe all the old laws still apply, eating pork is wrong. If you believe that JC abolished the old laws (even though Torah says not a letter of the law shall be changed) then no, you are technically not required to keep kosher.
100% Kosher hot dogs mean they contain all beef from the front of the cow.

Some Jews do not eat pork - some do.
Some hot dogs contain pork - some do not. The ones that do not are usually considered Kosher. They also tend to taste better.

Hebrew National hot dogs are superior to all other hot dogs. And I'm not Jewish. Why anyone would eat any others, I know not.
