The noodles are the position the energy are. The packet is basically sodium. this isn't healthful in any respect, yet in case you devour 3 packets of this ramen an afternoon it really is 1710 energy and also you may shed pounds. lower back, you is basically no longer healthful and it truly is extremely undesirable for you, yet when all you pick is to be skinny - which i'm assuming because you're pondering ingesting ramen noodles contained in the first position. LOL! good success!

Ramen noodles seems to me to be a very POOR choice for a diet food. Too fat. I think also, too "processed." Just my opinion.

Not the best choice. I prefer to focus on low calorie, high protein, lots of veggies... nothing packaged and preserved... ramen noodles are not a good diet choice, but they are a good 'diet' for you money!!

No ramen noodles are really high on sodium and calories. That's why they taste good!!! Experts actually call this food a devil food. But eating it once a week is all right.

ACK! NOOOO!!! It has 27 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fat!! Not to mention the high high sodium. If you want low carbs have a steak or some chicken grilled and put it in a salad!

Noodles are normally made out of white flour, which is very fine flour of wheat. Its so fine that it doesn't have fiber. And so eating them will not be good for digestion. So my suggestion is NO don't eat them.
