ny idea of what sorta signs i can look for ?

You should trust your girlfriend enough to not have to look for signs on if she is cheating or not. Obviously, there are trust issues between you and her, and you need to work that out instead of thinking of 'signs' that she could be cheating.

Take this from a woman's point of view.
#1 she starts to withdrwl from you, trying to avoid spending time with you.
#2 gets snappy over petty crap just to get mad at you.
#3 Steadily is putting you down & belittling everything you do, very impatient & finds reasons she should leave you & throws other people up at you comaring them to you as if you are below them or her.
#4 Suddely bring up reasons that she should have not wasted her time with you & That she should be with other people.
#5 Any Sudden suspicious behavior , such as suddenly leaving you out of things & hanging with Single girlfriends & bragging about how other men pay attention to her. There's alot of ways but if she is not doing anything like this , then you should be fine.
You should at least calmy try to talk it out & not assumne things though, becuase sometimes life can throw you a curve & things are mnot as they seem

u will feel it in ur heart. she will start lying, making up excuses for normal things, not wanting to hang w/ u like she used to, doing things out of the ordinary, cant really look u in the face anymore.
but honestly man (or girl if this is the case) if u think she's cheating on u, she probably is. as men we too have a gut feeling about our women and trust it always as it will NEVER fail u.
but if u think she's cheating, then its best if u moved on. NO WOMAN is worth u acting a fool over and chasing around like that. dont let her control ur life.

The smell of another mans cologne on her, her not wanting to have sex with you (making up excuses as to why she won't or can't), her turning off her cell phone when you're around or putting it on silent or vibrate so you don't know if she's getting calls from another guy, her not being on the computer checking e-mail or messages on messenger because she thinks you might see them over her shoulder, her spending less time with you in general, and her even hurrying in and changing her undies and clothes and immediately throwing them into the dirty laundry or even the washing machine.

She's not as available as she used to be........and you know that nothing in her personal or professional life has changed.
Excuses that don't seem to match up or make sense
Lack of interest when you're together
A change in communication.......not as open and frequent
She needs more time alone or to herself
These are signs that you can look without disrespecting her privacy, being nosey or spying on her.

If she is more distant from you, If she wont let you hear her conversations when she is on the phone, or wont let you look at what she is doing on the Internet, if she has a cell phone and she wont let you look at the numbers or text messages on it... and she could have deleted all of that stuff before you even ask to look at it, if she stresses for you not to go with her somewhere... even on a small errand, If she doesnt want you to meet her co-workers or friends, and if she doesnt want you to meet her parents.

All the signs I could tell you could easily mean something else. And I would feel terrible if you falsely accused her because of me. There's really no way to be sure without catching her or her telling you.

Some common signs of cheating: new guy friend's (names), loss of interest(s) (hanging out, sex and convo), body language, new interests, always out, no return calls or fwd to voicemail.
A big indicator of someone lying to you is their demeanor and the body language.

If you catch her in bed and going at it with some guy, that will tip you off.

smell her down there. if it smells like shrimp, she probably cheating.
