The highest dosage is 37.5. This drug is related to amphetamines and it could kill you if you OD.
Never double the dosage of a medicine unless a doctor instructs you. Your real doctor in person not some stranger on the internet.

I think you should call your DR and have him/her give you a new prescription. It might be that those pills are old and have lost the effect. Does it have a use by this date thing stamped on the box? I found a site and it says "Follow your doctor's instructions exactly and never change the dose yourself. Increasing the dose may not necessarily make you lose more weight or make you lose weight faster. However you will most likely experience more side effects." It also says that "Duromine works by directly affecting the area of the brain that controls your appetite making you feel less hungry.
Duromine should be used as a part of an overall weight management plan which should include a medically controlled diet and exercise program." I would just go see a DR tell them how much it worked for you before, and see if the DR will give you a new prescription. Good luck!

The drug phentermine is a dangerous medication in high doses. I would suggest you check with your doctor before splitting pills in half and also be careful of the time of day you take it. Symptoms of a phentermine overdose include restlessness, tremor, rapid breathing, confusion, hallucinations, panic, aggressiveness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, an irregular heartbeat, and seizures.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to feature healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy the many ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at the desk or making the supper. This will help to strengthen your abdominal muscles and your core, and enable you to get one step closer to any flatter stomach.

Beans, beans, are best for your heart, the more you consume the more you... lose excess weight actually. Super-effective and full of fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow the rate at which the stomach empties, meaning you stay fuller for longer.
