i want 2 build muscle and i work out every other day

Take out the yolks, this whites have a lot of protien, but the yolks have too much cholesterol.

Actually, I don't agree with the people who are saying just eat the whites. The yolks are the portion highest in protein content. Of course, they are also the highest in cholesterol.

Another good way of building muscle is to drink protein shakes. They make chocolate or vanilla flavored protein powder that you can buy at GNC. My high school swim coach reccommended this since I don't eat meat.

Salmonilla poisining from raw eggs, boil eggs and eat the whites thats pure protein. i used to pump iron in the 80s.
