Honestly, why on earth would atheists be posting on this "religion and spirituality" forum other than to make measly attempts to convert religious people into atheism? Is that all you people care about? And you say that you don't intrude on people's beliefs but that Christians are always trying to convert people. BS

All the Christians I've met (I'm agnostic, but I don't try to convert people) have been very nice and some have asked me about Jesus and God but none have ever insulted me like the atheists insult people on this board.

Atheists, why are you here and why can't you just leave 95 or so percent of the population the hell alone?

The latest idiot who posted said "its hard to resist about of superstition-believing idiots". It's things like that that make you people no better than Hitler. Hating people for their beliefs.

It is a shame, but hang around long enough and you will probably feel that you have been insulted by members of every belief system. It is all repetition--learn to skip over the weak stuff and look for substance. Some people are happy just to annoy, and really, you can never be sure of what their feelings are because all you see is what they want to present. Sort of like snipers or gnats.

Why are you posting on here, Mr. Agnostic? I don't try to convert religious people to atheism, perhaps others do, but that on them. I just ask them question to see what sort of absurd answer they will give me.

Well, I actually have very distinct and important-to-me spiritual practices. It's rare that anyone asks a question pertaining to them, though, and otherwise I enjoy theological discussion, as it's a large part of what I'm studying.

I don't care what people believe. I don't try to convert anyone to what I believe, you don't try to convert me, it's all good.

I have never tried to convert any christian. I actually think some people need religion. I just happen to not need it. Why do YOU come here? Why do you keep asking "what if" questions???

Sir, start expressing your opinion freely and then count the hate mail that you get telling you that you are going to hell.

Go over to the gay and lesbian section and see what kind of Christian love you find there.

Ask them if Gandhi went to heaven.

Thank you! I'm glad to see an honest perspective from an unbiased person! I appreciate you mentioning this. If it came from a Christian they'd be ALL over us like HOUNDS!

I LOVE YOU!

This is asked a million times a day. Really. You couldn't be bothered to look at one of the HUNDRED THOUSAND other questions identical to this one before posting this?

I don't believe you are agnostic, I think you are a christian having a whinge.

Atheists can be spiritual too, the two are not mutually exclusive.
