on the highway. I see a person just walking down. not car. No nothing. All dressed up in dark colors. Wat do you do? Just ignore it, or should you call the police.

Meant I saw no car around. Just was curious. A person walking down the highway. No car. Near an exit ramp, and walking down the emergency ramp.

Yeah I as thinking I shoudb'e called the cops. He was in dark colors could get hurt. Hope he's okay.

That's a tough question, but I think I would call the police. Even if it was not a matter of life or death, it may help save that person from being hit by a car. Perhaps that person was already drunk or injured in some manner. Then you would have saved a life!
Even if the person is okay, you've done nothing wrong!
Better to be safe than sorry!

It wouldn't hurt to call the police, I don't think I would do it as a 911 call but maybe they would like to know, the dispatcher can decide. Follow the newspapers to see if anything happened that night or tell what you do know to the police as they might be on the lookout for someone who just happens to be out alone like that. It never hurts to share info that you feel is a little out of the ordinary, someone will be thankful that you did.
