When a man likes you and stares at you, if he?

Didn't wink at you..does that mean anything?/

If you know he likes you and he looks at you but doesnt do anything, it practicly means the same thing, he thinks your beautiful and cant stop looking at you. Ive done the same things to girls, jsut look at them and smile.....

Not all guys wink but if they didn't find you stunningly attractive, believe me they would not stare.
