I work out. i am not that muscular. just in the middle of muscle
I am 5"6" and weigh 128lbs

nope you are nomral... your BMI is 20.7

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

yep u r overweight try more weights to turn into muscle

It probably depends if you are a male or female and what age you are. For instance, I am a 22 yr old female and I weigh 135, and 5'6". So I am within the weight recommendations for my age, weight, and height. But if you are male, then you would probably be considered underweight, depending on how old you are. If you are healthy, then that is all that matters.

My guess is that you are actually under weight. I'm 5'11" 185 pounds, medium build and I am near the upper side of my average body mass index.

I wouldn't gain a ton, but you are definitely in the realm of your proper weight.

128 pounds! not overweight at all, to tone yourself.. find a good workout plan and stick to it.. don't get thinner, that's just fine
