I'm not an authority on the subject of people who get rabies never mind kissing a person with that complaint. I think it probably can be transferred. I've posted a link about Humans and Rabies.

possibly but the likeliness of someone being bitten by a rabid dog now and days is very slim! I would worry about it!

Kissing another person? I think it's blood contact only. To be safe though I would speak to your doctor.
