I read somewhere that Australia was the only country whose government made a declaration that they will not resist the Japanese forces if they decide to invade Australia after the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor in Dec. 17, 1941. Can anyone give the full text of this Document?

No, during WWII in the Pacific theater, Australians actually fought against the invading Japanese forces (though with little effect) as the Japanese took island by island. And remember, Australia was still under British rule and the British were in a declaration of war against all Axis forces, including Japan.
I forget if the Japanese actually took any Australian land but they did take a large number of islands near it and was preparing to take Australia. This lead to a number of Austrialian soldiers to step up to give resistance so that the islands were not taken so easily but with little results. There actually has been some Austrilian POWs captured by the Japanese.
And a lot of the British colonies have fought the Japanese in their regions, Austrialia, Burma (British forces tried to hold back the Japanese forces from India though failed), and even fought various campaigns in India.
