I am 150 pounds trying to get down to 120 pounds by April 26th for my birthday. I am also 5'10", so I am thinking my BMI is not wanting to get any lower so my fat won't come off. The reason I am trying to loose weight is becuase I am a fashion model and have to meet a weight requirement to get into the agency that I want to get into.

to aviod a eating disorder make sure you eat regularily, only instead of anything fatty foods, stick to mainly fruits and vegetables, they won't cause you to gain weight and if you take in less carbs than you burn then you will lose weight, also drink lots of water, it burns off quick and is important to keep you body in top condition and flush out what your body needs. If you can handle it drink hot water rather than cold, it's said that it melts the fat in your body, you can add a little bit of honey to taste.(also don't forget to get your daily meat and grain product requirement). also if you want to lose weight try tonning, you don't sound over weight, but tonning may help make you seem slimmer.

You body is telling you something about being at a healthy weight, but you will do what you will do. Eventually your body will go out of starvation mode and start loosing weight again. The problem is you are not loosing water or fat anymore, you are loosing muscle. I am guessing you are working out as well, which builds muscle.

You are perfectly fine. I'm 150 and only 5'5 and I'm certainly not over weight. If you got down to 120 you'd look anorexic and sick. It wouldn't be attractive.

I think you'll be able to lose it if you try... but eep. 120 at 5'10"? That might be a bit drastic...
