Well I did call the Oral Clinic and one of the dentist told me that the bruises were normal and to wait a little bit more. I'll be calling again to see why is still bothering me. Thanks

Thanks for all the responses, I'm starting to feel better (still in pain), but My lips and tongue are still bothering and now it feels like if they are burn, my tongue is like when you drink something extremely hot and you burn the tip of it, and my lips are super dry and reddish like when you are overexposed to the sun, I hope this is also normal.

Why haven't you contacted the person who removed them? You may have what's called dry socket or any number of other things. They should have had you back for a checkup by now.

Without knowing more about the extractions, I can't speculate too far.
After 1 week and you still have some pain and bruising, I would not be overly concerned. It does not sound like it is excruciating. Initial effects of bruising for any injury will take 2 weeks to start setlling.
The numbness is of more concern, but it still early days. If it is not improving by the end of week 2, then arrange a re-examination and have it measured as a baseline. There are standardised tests that they can use (and SHOULD use) to measure the degree of improvement over time. If you are unlucky enough that there is no progressive improvement, then there should be early recognition and possible treatment. DON'T wait a year - it will limit your options for recovery.

your wisdom teeth were probably really impacted and difficult to remove. The bruising and swelling will go away soon - the numbness is one the "side effects" of getting your teeth out. If you are feeling itchy or tingly in your lower lip and/or jaw then that is a very good sign that you will return to normal. This can take up to a year but usually just a few weeks and you should notice that everything has settled out.
good luck but don't stress about it.

Gee, that sounds rough! You should maybe even go to your local emergency room, now, in case you have an infection...I don't want to scare you, but is it always smart to have these things checked out...there is a chance that you could have an infection from the procedure (there is always the possibility with any medical procedure, ESPECIALLY ones in the mouth)...yo do NOT want to let an infection spread that is in close proximity to your head, because your brain is there! Seriously, you will probably be given something to stop the infection, not to mention stop the suffering you are going through...good luck!!!
