You would have to go to the court who issued the original order and petition to have the order enforced. It's a shame but some parents will only do the right thing if forced to do so.Good Luck, your kids need their Dad

I am assuming you are the mother? If he chooses not to visit you cannot force him. However, if he wants to see the kids and there is a court order and you refuse to allow him to see the children, you will be in violation.

Well, I personally wouldn't want him around the children if he doesn't want to be. That is very bad for the children. You can go back to the court or your lawyer or social services and get professional advice.

i wouldn't report him at all why would u want him around those children in the first place if he doesn't want to see them, the children are better off not being around him, trust me, i would rather have one good parent then 2 bad ones. think about that

If its more money that you're after, then just go back to court and ask a judge to increase child support. Or just be glad, get a better payibg job, and move along.

you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. You can not force a father to see his children, it doesn't let him off on child support but he doesn't have to see the kids

Do you really want to force a man to see his children when he does not want to.? How do you think he will treat them after he is made to see them.
Maybe it is a good thing that he is not around.
