A friend & I were getting too know eachother so after not hearing from this friend all weekend after a Friday dispute over the phone (which we usually speak daily). Sunday night text me out of the blue and tells me to come over.. I refused so they request a wake up call in the morning which is usually nothing out of the normal but, after feeling quite pissed after the wknd stunt. I passed on the morning wake up call. Text me the next mrning to find out what happnd to there wake up call and said its over. I non chalantely say ok. they say very well. Forwards me and e-mail later on that evening w/someone else stroking there ego w/compliments and asks me if I believe itz a true assessment. LOL. Need an opinion on this.

I don't think so. It sounds as if they are trying to get past the dispute without having to admit anything. Perhaps acting like it never happened. I wouldn't be too worried if it were me.

most likely they are only trying to see if they can get a rise out of you. Yes it appears this person really cared for you and they are trying to see if you get jealouse - to see if your feeling something too.

yes that is to make you jealous...its also to get a reaction out of you for you did not give one when they ended the relationship. it was a ditch effort.
