ButterStotch, honey, You have to understand that there's a big difference between what someone CAN do and what they MAY do. For example, you CAN play with your dilly-dally, but Mommy says you MAY not touch it. Big difference there, okay? Mommy also says you may not touch the hot girls while they are in a bitchy monthly mood, okay? Now go play with Kyle.

It doesn't matter if she's hot or painfully ugly. The Old Testament has a law called "Niddah" that prohibits contact between man and wife for the few days of the period and several days following. There are various explanations for Niddah (helps kindle romance, keeps the woman from being embarassed, etc.). The Old Testament was very fastidious about purity. So you couldn't touch dead animals, women on their period, men after sex, those with a leprosy-like disease, unkosher animals, etc. The New Testament pretty much abolished this way of thinking because it marginalized just about everyone in society. Jesus wanted to turn the idea of purity upside down. Indeed, he sought out the inform that we are ALL impure because of our sins. Hence, in need of a savior. But orthodox Jews still hold fast to Niddah.

Of course you can it's extra lubrication. It's just some silly religious idea about menstruating women being unclean. It's a natural process it doesn't make you unfit for human contact. So go f*uck her brains out. Unless for some reason you are talking about Frida the hooker. She probably has AIDS as well as herpes so best to avoid her or at least use a condom.

in the law of moses.....If a man and a woman deliberately cohabited during her menstrual impurity, they were cut off in death. (Le 18:19; 20:18)

The Christian husband, though he is not under the Law (Ro 6:14; Eph 2:11-16), also does well to consider his wife’s cycles and vicissitudes, dwelling with her “according to knowledge” and assigning her honor “as to a weaker vessel, the feminine one.”—1Pe 3:7.

in the Old testaments, it should not be allowed because when a woman has a monthly period, we consider it as unclean person. its a common sense thing, because if you do sex with a girl having such things, its a silly and very unlcean!
