No but the best to do is Breath in your nose and out your mouth slowly. Also carry a paper bag you can breath into. Conquer your fears any way possible. If I did not conquer my fear of the Dark I would still sleep with my closet light on all night but I don't have to because it's no biggie once you've confronted it.

That's a trick question. If you faint, you're no longer having a panic attack, you're sleeping.

Never actually fainted but have gotten pretty dizzy and light-headed. I have more sweating, abdominal "butterflies" and the feeling like I have to go crap.

Yes, On a airplane and they had the paramedics waiting when we landed but by then it was over.
