Spirituality to me is trying to live every moment in the present, with grace, compassion and knowledge. I believe there is a caring and loving God, but do not feel I have to attend church to receive his benefits. I also feel like I'm not just living within one dimension or plane, as I feel so connected with my departed loved-ones, which is very comforting. I truly believe that we come back and forth to this world in different lives and this contributes to the level of our spirituality. That's just a small insight into how I feel as it really is a tough question to answer.
Thanks for asking the question, as it's been a while since I've really thought about this.

Spirituality (The real spirituality not its christian version) is the next step beyond religions
Spirituality does not need religions or faiths,...but a direct guidance from the God
Religion is like a canal, water flowing in fixed direction with pre-set turns and stops
Spirituality is a hilly rivulet...finding its way in the deep jungles...singing and dancing..not even worried about where would it reach
Our next evolution is Spirituality...beyond religions

I believe that we are beings made up of two parts, the physical body and the true self, or spiritual self. Spirituality, for me is getting to know my spiritual self in order to find balance as a whole being.

To me it is a recognition of my spirit of the spiritual nature of our universe. While we are living the mortal life we can only recognize the 3 dimensional universe with our human minds. There is a dimension outside the one that we can see. The sense of this is called spirituality.

Spirituality is one's existential sense. It is what they think and believe about the origin and meaning of life. However, since the origin and meaning of life are really unknowable to us, people just assume whatever they've been taught or want to be true. Some people call it faith, I call it wishful assumption. And I have purged myself of it. Spirituality is part of the great human flaw to wish for things that do not exist.

The activities of the soul are spiritual. The activities of the body are material. You can spiritualize the body's activities by developing spiritual activities. Spiritual activities are meant to approach the Supreme.

a self-defined sense of the Divine. spirituality has no boundaries, absolute definitions, or dogmatic structure.
it is experiential, fluid and personal. Multi-dementional. like God- it cannot be defined ultimately...it is constantly evolving
we each get to define spirituality for oursleves...and one definition should not negate the other..it is merely a matter of perspective
peace

as a Christian, you must guard your spirituality.
Bad associations spoil useful habits.” (1Â Cor. 15:33)
....quit touching the unclean thing”’; ‘“and I will take you in.”’”—2Â Cor. 6:14-18.
therefore spirituality is our full devotion to god w/o compromise
which most people of today is rare to see(2 timothy 3:1 to 5)

Believing in something bigger than you and anyone, excluding any kind of religion or dogma, for the better of yourself and those around you. It can be anything (within reason, like nature, the wind, music, awareness, energy) because only you believe in it. Accept it as your Higher Power "as you perceive it."
