Does anyone know a Bill Darnell from chicagi, illinois????

This man helped raise me since i was a baby and because i moved with my mom to fla he stayed in illinios... he has had some trouble with the law, but he was like a dad to me, and im trying to find him. ... he has blue eyes... tall, brown hair... last time i saw him i was 8... i want to contact him because im graduating a a year and want him there. please help if you know him. i have a picture of him, so if you think you may know him please email me qnd i will send you a picture. this is serious. and personal. Pandagirl1422@aol.com last time i talked to him he was in illinois. he knows me by amanda. but he would call me shorty, and pumpkin... i just want closure and to find him...
