The lord of hosts is Allahu in Aramaic. from which we get the word Alleluia as the hosts sing the name of God. In Arabic Allah. In Latin Deus, in German and English GOD
The religion or its people does not possess GOD.
God possess' them. God was primordial. gos was there before any religion or people therefore cannot be grasped or understood as you would a material object.
