Skip the online research and take the dog to vet before it gets worse. If your pup has a fever and is vomiting, it will become dehydrated very quickly. That will only add to what ever else is going on making it harder to treat. Puppies that are sick and become dehydrated go down hill pretty quickly.
Don't wait go now. Better safe than sorry.

Go to the vet ASAP. Parvo is a fear for puppies, especially if it has been handled alot but different people. DON'T look for a diagonosis here, take it to the VET NOW. You run the risk of dehydration if it continues even for a short period of time.

You could either take him to the vet, or you can see what kind of whacko answers you get here. Chances are pretty low that anyone on YA will be able to cure your puppy from a distance, so the vet might be the better option if you want him to survive.

You need to get her to vet. But since she is throwing up, take away her food and water for 24 hours. A lot of times she will "load" up on water and throw it up. This will make her dehydrated. In 24 hours give her small amounts of a bland food-you can get it from your vet or make it yourself-3 parts white rice to 1 part boiled hamburger or chicken for three days. Give her ice cubes to lick or small amounts of water.

Vomiting is not cause for alarm in a young animal but fever is, this animal should be seen by a vet as soon as possible.

Definatly call your vet. There should be an emergency vet open 24 hours. He may have eaten something that is poison.

You seriously need to go to the vet before your dog gets dehydrated because all sorts of problems can happen if that occurs.
