She smiles at me in one of my classes (and I know for sure shes doing it directly at me) i smile back but im not sure i have the courage i mean im only 4'6 and shes like i would say around 5'7 am i the one whos supposed to go up to her? or do i wait until she says something to me (because besides that shes never talked to me yet)

Don't go through your whole life too afraid to pursue girls/women. She obviously likes you. She probably thinks you don't like her as much as she likes you because you haven't made any attempt to meet her. Go up to her, say "hi" and talk to her about something from class. Keep it light. After a few "meetings", things will progress naturally...or maybe not. But if you don't do something, nothing will definitely happen. Good luck!
