i do not think so. it may cause you to wake up and go tot eh bathroom during the night! i work at starbucks so i drink alot of water and teas everyday (mostly only water though) and always need to wake up and use the bathroom!

but a few weeks ago on the homepage of yahoo. i read an artilcle on how to fall asleep better. and they say to drink milk abotu 45 minutes before you go to bed. this will cause you to fall asleep and stay asleep better. i just drank my milk! it has a certain mineral/chemical in it to help you sleep better i froget what its called though but its similar to what is in turkey . lol

but drinking the regular 8 glases of water a day will improve your skin complextion and keep you hydrated! after all most of our body is water anyways! =)

Drinking alcohol will help you sleep at night. Get really really hammered and you'll be sleeping in no time.

to be honest probably not.. to sleep well at night is mostly of your sleep habits.. if you sleep on back, stomach, or sides, if you snore, if you're sick.. water might improve it a little, but not really.
