Get something really quick, like Quaker Breakfast cookies or oatmeal squares, Carnation Instant Breakfast, or a similar product to have in the mornings. The food at school is probably pretty gross and unhealthy, so you have two choices: pack yourself something healthy and substantial the night before, or bring a bottle of water and three or four snacks to eat throughout the day at school. When you get home, have a small snack that's high fiber and high protein with a full glass of water, then try to wait at least an hour before fixing yourself dinner. There are plenty of healthy products out there that you can keep on hand, and some of them are as simple as fresh and frozen produce. I'm glad you realized what you're doing isn't healthy, and I hope you find ways to modify your daily routine.

If you're not having time for breakfast then you need to work something out and go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. Even if you only have a banana, it is way healthier than eating nothing. And you should always eat lunch at school no matter what. even if you're not hungry, you should at least eat a little to get somethin into your systen so you don't get so hungry at dinner. It's okay to eat a little snack when you get home from school because I'm always hungry when I get home. Just make sure the snack isn't too big and it will work. Good Luck. -Courtney

Yes, it is unhealthy. You will starve all morning and still gain weight. You cant just eat one meal because that meal will turn into too much fat and calories at the end of the day that you just wont be able to burn off.
So, I suggest:
eat a granola bar on the way to school
pack a lunch (the night before).
Your school should have a schedualed lunch hour- you should not work or do homework through lunch- you can do that at home.

this is a lifelong battle for me also. But the truth is you just have to do it. Even if you spend one night a week preparing your breakfasts and lunches, it's so important. Even the frozen breakfast sandwiches and burritos aren't horrible, jut stay away from sugar that early in the day or you'll keep craving it... bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, just focus on breakfast, because if you do eat it, trust me you will be hungry enough to eat lunch. what you are doing is killing your metabolism and could do permanent damage to your thyroid, I'm convinced it did to me, because now i will be on synthetic thyroid hormone for the rest of my life, so change now while you can!!!

Boost, or Ensure shakes would be good for breakfast, and "meal replacement bars" for lunch, and between classes.
Boost and Ensure are "vitamin enriched", but you also need to take a multi-vitamin every day.
The other option for breakfast is Carnation Instant Breakfast. Just mix one packet with a glass of milk, and there you go.
I buy the slimfast bars, and eat half on my breaks. It helps me feel satisfied, and kills my chocolate craving without actually having any chocolate.

Here your plan:
Cereal w/ soy milk and toast in the morning
(easy and quick b4 school)
Make your own sandwich the night b4, with 1 fruit, 1 juice (no soda),
and 1 small treat. Take that to school. It's cheep and healthy. Need inspiration, think of what migh actually b in your food when u let other people handle it.
And last, have dinner but in single portions. Ex: one portion of steak, one of veggies, and one carb.
Stop skipping meals or your body will begin to store fat to make up for your hunger cycles.
NO MORE FAST FOOD!
Don't eat school cafeteria food. The fast food assholes own them, and they could care less what your put in your mouth.

ur doing everything wrong... the less you eat the worse it is... the thing is what happens is your body stores all the food if you don't eat often u should eat 5 times a day but don't pig out eat only 70% of your hunger... the thing is if you only at night what is happening is rather than burning that food off your sleeping after wards therefore you don't burn it and since you don't eat often the body does not let go of it... it stores it because it doesn't know when the next meal is going to be making it harder to lose weight... i hope it makes sense

breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Drink a high quality protein shake (not slim fast) or grab some protein bars at the very least.
