No one religion gives you the will to over come adversity. It is your own inner power and if believing in a higher power helps shield you in times of adversity then --what ever works baby!

Hinduism because it does not cheats like Islam, Christianity that there are god who will help, Hinduism teaches how to deal problems, it teaches time management and personality development.
Hinduism is about how to lead life not how to blindly believe god.

Well, Judaism is the oldest and most oppressed. So they get my vote. But Christianity has put up with a lot of crap of late because of rampant secularism in the West. I'd put them second.
