It would help, especially if you are presenting yourself as a professional.

You list birthday parties, sweet 16s, baptisims and modeling. You must have professional experience in each of those areas.

I would if going on location or studio. If you have to set up lights,backdrops or props and there is a chance that someone can get hurt, yea get small business insurance

You really should have all coverage and especially LIABILITY insurance, in case someone decides to sue...or IF you step on toes, if you catch my drift. :>)
