Don't do a thing. When you die, all your little friends will gather around and say, "They killed Butter-Stotch. Those Bastards!"

We go in the grave when we die, and we are in the state of inactivity, waiting for the first or second resurection (Revelation 20:5.6), depending on our fidelity to God.
In Genesis 2:7 we read: "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
Therefore, living soul is made of breath and dust. This simple:
Dust of the ground + Breath of God = Living soul
Soul does not exists after death because it is disintegrated according to reversed formula of creation:
Living soul - breath of God = Dust of ground
Spirit of a man is refereed to be an inner life of man, not a ghost, like most of people think.
For example, Pharaoh's spirit was troubled (Genesis 41:8) or
The spirit of Jacob revived (Genesis 45:27).
Jesus likened death to sleep, when he talked about death of Lazarus (John 11). Also, final verse about this topic:
Ecclesiastes 9:5.6.10
For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any [thing] that is done under the sun....
Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do [it] with thy might; for [there is] no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
Other than that, don't worry. If you take time to read the Bible, pray and know Jesus better He will solve this problem because In Hebrew 2:15 it says that Jesus came to this world to "deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage."

You are a multi-dimensional being who is not capable of dying but only transforming, Name one thing in life that has past and didn't come back in more than what it was or a different form. The idea of death is just that an idea.

There is nothing to be afraid of. Death is like sleep without any dreams until Jesus calls your name and you awaken with a perfect mind and body. Do your best to live your time here as if you wanted to live forever under God's rulership and that may very well happen.

Maybe whatever you think is going to happen. What would you like to happen when you die? Just think about whatever it is all the time then you won't be scared anymore and when you die something really good will happen.

After you die, your body is decomposed by micro ogranisms and vermin. But don't be afraid. Those micro organisms and vermin use your consumed body as fuel for their lives. Thus, you will forever live on as part of the ecological cycle.

If you knew the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ you would not be afraid of death,"death where is thy sting ? grave where is thy victory?" For a son or daughter of God they have none because my eternity will be spent with my Lord in Heaven. So death I do not fear..

Say this three times and you will have submitted your life to the Crabby-Patty.
There is no God but the Crabby-Patty, and Spongebob is it's prophet.
That way when you die, you will go to the Krusty-Crab. Otherwise, you'll go to spend eternity in the Chum bucket.
