im wish this girl and she is kind of loud in public, how can i say it nicely, with out making my self look like a jackass. She is funny, cute, nice body, and smart so i dont wana say something that will get her sad or maybe change her personality.

Take the safe humorous approach:
Next time she behaves this way, scream. Hunker down in the fetal position and say, "Why do you have to yell at me all the time!!!" "WHHHHHYYYYYYY!!!!!!""WHY I SAY!!!!" And start to cry.
It works in the grocery store with my kids........at least the don't yell at me anymore. ;)

Just politely tell her that she's talking a bit too loud. My entire family gets upset with me because I talk too loud, and I was unaware of it until about a week ago. Just tell her nicely and I'm sure she'll understand.
