love query..pls help!!?

actually i have a boy friend but in the sense we have not seen eachother...but we both like eachother a lot... the thing is..i have another friend named eric he had proposed to me many a times...but i just neglected his proposals..even he has not seen me..i just liked him as a friend since i was already occupied...now i dont know why...just to see him...that how he looks i went to his college..and we have a common friend who helped us to see eachother..we saw eachother...i guess he liked me..so he asked that common friend for my contact no. but she was helpless..she dint have my no.
now the question is...even i have started developing an iota of feeling for the latter guy..tell me with whom should i proceed??
