best city to move out to when you are going away for college ??????? cheapst apartments and great place and fu place like NYC i love it even though itsz kinda dirty but i like da way ppl live there but wut do you thin is the best city to move out in also the city has to have good colleges like NYC new york city doesnt seem tht populated in manhattan itsz fine but in sum parts of queens and brooklyn and bronk itsz kinda populated in manhtattan there are alot of white which is a good thing there are great clubs and retaurants

oh come on - lsu is a bigger party school than texas. if you're looking for a good place louisiana isn't bad. some parts are still torn up from katrina, but if you get into a dorm or just get an apartment close and go to lsu or uno [or even tulane, loyola, etc] you'd be getting a good education and still be able to get to the quarter on the weekends or whenever and experience a great time [also handy when mardi gras rolls around] :]
