I have a 6 month old Beagle/Blue Heeler Mix, and he seems to urinate all the time. We take him outisde, he urinates, and 30 minutes later he urinates on the floor. Since about 3 months he was going outside just fine and went weeks without accidents. This frequent urination just started a week ago. Tonight he jumped up on our couch and urinated all over it. This is very unusual to me and I am not sure what to do.

My dog did the same thing when he had a bladder infection, I would call your vet tomorrow morning. Also, it is possible that he is marking his territory especially if he is not neutered yet.

If he seems to be unaware of the accidents it could be weak bladder control muscles. If its just frequent urination that he is aware of then it could be a bladder infection. If he is drinking more water as well then it could be diabetes which can be a problem with heeler mixes.

You could lock your dog more in his crate for maybe 1-2 hours a day and then after he has been locked in his crate, you can take him outside. My dog had the same problem and after I started to lock him in his crate, his urinating problem slowly has been declining. I also suggest limiting his water usage so your dog drinks less which leads to less urination.
