now he started throwing up and his ears are really cold. any idea what this is? he has been on anti biotics

My cat was sick last week, lethargic and throwing up bile. When I took her in, the vet's first response was that she had kidney disease or kidney failure because she is 14 years old. Thank goodness she didn't though. The antibiotics worked and she is doing great now.
I would take your little man to the vet and have him checked, especially since he is on antibiotics and still sick. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. ;o)

if your cat was recently seen call the vet back and let them know ASAP. They will know if the antibiotics are not working and prescribe something else and if necessary have you bring the cat back.
