I use to drink alot of sodas which is apparently not good for me or my face. so my school made our sodas diet for healthy reasons . so should i drink water for now on for every beverage besides weekends. How big of a difference is it to my health?

Give up soda all together. Drink lots of water, but also drink juices and milk. The sugar in soda is terrible for you, as is the caffeine and carbonation, and if you drink diet, the apasrtame is also bad; plus it stains your teeth!

Water is the best option for you. I would cut out sodas entirely. For the longest time I drank sodas all the time, daily, I could go through a six pack a day. I have recently stopped drinking sodas completely, sticking to water and fruit juices. I have never felt better.

Drinking lots of water will be good for you, as well as cutting sugary, caffienated sodas from most of your diet. Water makes your skin look better and makes you feel better because you are hydrated without being at the mercy of all the chemicals from a soda in your system.

You'll probably loose a few pounds.
