dehyration is one of the main causes of muscle-cramping. Also try stretching the sore areas and adding a hot pad to the pain. Call me in the morning.

You could have a potassium deficiency...eat a banana a day and keep those icky cramps awau

Maybe you need to start eating foods with a lot of potassium in them. Like bananas or oranges foods like that.

wel if you run and your feet cramp.. you can put padding in your shoes .. and dont flex your feet for long periods of time

dehydration or lack of salt in your diet but mainly dehydration so get drinking water and you should be right
