Do something nice for someone in need. Sometimes if helps to do something good for someone who needs it. Call a good friend who you know will snap you out of it.

Take a vacation from your problems and dont take it out on others. Sharing your crankiness with others or lashing out at them only makes the situation worse. Think about what it is that is aggravating you and ask yourself if it is really worth all the effort you are putting into it.
Relax. My bet is you are being cranky for some piddly thing that dont matter anyways. Give yourself a break today, so get up and get away TO MCDONALDS!!!! hehehehe

Yes take a brake, and try to relax, and just watch a movie or do something that is fun for you, and will make you feel better, and get you out of that really crankey mood you are feeling. If it is there all the time then go to your doctor and ask him , and he may send you some where else to find out what is going on,or even make an appointment with a therapist , and see what they have to say. You can get out of that mood, and not be feeling really cranky.

Try to figure out what is making you cranky. If it is something you can eliminate then get rid of it. Next, if you are PMSing then good luck. If you do have PMS, let your Dr. know, there are meds that can help with that. If you are cranky all the time , then see a Dr. to get on an anti-depressant. Whatever it is Good Luck

If the advice is meant for the person who feels cranky about self, then the suggestion would be to maintain thought awareness.
Just this simple thing (may not be easy though, to 'maintain' such awareness), would yield results dramatic enough to baffle the best of psychiatrists !

I don't know how old you are. But, if you are old enough to have a boyfriend, call him and "talk" with him. If you are a kid, just dream of all the good things you would rather be doing than feeling cranky.

Things will get better tomorrow. Its okay to be cranky...its mainly a chemical inbalance in your brain. Things will settle down.
