My husband and I have used farm bureaufor the past three years and have no complaints. We also use them for our auto insurance and before we were married my parents had them for their autos before mine and have never had a problem. Even when Part of the roof of a resteraunt I worked at blew off during a storm and landed on my car, when the resteraunt called it "an act of God" and wouldn't fix it, farm bureau did and didn't raise my payments, but instead sued them. They're great. If you have them up there, I highly suggest them.

I'm in good hands with Allstate. I have been for 12 years and wouldn't dream of switching. They handle my car insurance and renters insurance.

I would stay with a large national company, like allstate. There are some others that are really good too, like Amica and Liberty Mutual. If you are eligible, USAA is a good one too, but this for for military famailies.

I love Allstate and so do my parents. When my mom and dad were married, my dad because good friends with their agent. My parents then divorced and continued separate business with this agent. Now, I have my own place and car and use this agent. This agent has had my parent's business for over 26 years.
