You should make those banana shakes with the milk, that would taste better. Of course you can lose 2lbs in a day with it, but I'd only do it one or two days max and ONLY if you add veggies to those days and some lean chicken.

This is a very unhealthy diet, if you want to try some kind of crash diet I'd suggest eating all vegetables and skip sugar and meats.

Also drink soy milk instead of cow's milk.

i heard bananas are not that good for u..meh? but um? 2 pounds everyday? sounds like told bull.. I WISH there was a diet that made u lose 2 pounds a day!

A pound = 3,500 calories. Unless this method actually burns 7,000 calories, this is never going to work.

A healthy amount of weight loss is 2 lb/wk. Never 2lb/day.

You'd definitely lose something each day - input of calories would not equal our body's requirements.

When you reached the point of losing two pounds/nearly a kilo per day - your body would be in serious trouble (unless you were grossly overweight at the beginning - and I mean 'grossly").

YES! it is physiacly possible, if you eat almost nothijg as well as exersice like hell you could easily. just have a calorie imbalance of 3300 calories, in other words eat nothing and burn 1200 calories, that is about three elliptical 20 minute workouts on high intensity!
