Visit a few dealers in your area and simply say your leaving the country or dont need the car anymore, if the vehicle is of interest to the dealer the first question will be how much you want, and your answer will be you tell me...

Your question could have a complete diff answer perhaps you could add with your question why you want car appraised

I would suggest finding out the blue book value of your car @ bluebookvalue.com and then go to a dealer ship and get a second oppinion.
