Could be sinus /allergies or pink eye(conjunctivitis)

It could be a simple eye infection, he might have gotten something in his eye and irritated it, or he might have scratched his cornea (the clear surface layer of the eye). Your vet should put a stain on his eye to detect any scratches (it's not painful, and not very expensive). Good Luck!!

He probably has an infection. Your vet may prescribe an antibiotic eye drop. Be sure and follow all of the vet's instruction-you don't want a recurrence.

It could be a simple sinus infection. It may be something more,it may be something less-dogs gets eye discharge for a -lot- of reasons,unfortunately.

He has likely developed conjuctivitis, be sure to keep your appt. tomorrow. Its generally easily treatable with a prescription eye ointment.
