Let her just wait until she gets hungry enough. She'll eat her normal food again.
In the future,make sure any meat she gets ahold of is not wild.

its a dog, leave out only dog food and if at all possible buy a fake pigeon and cut a whole in the fake place dog food then it'll think dog food is meat.

Just serve her the regular food and don't give into her desires. YOU are the master, remember that.

She'll get hungry again. :-) Just let her miss a few meals and she'll be begging for dog food again.

take her to a bell tower, just the excrument alone will turn her off on pigeons.......
