Celebrities have an army of people behind them to get looking good; you probably have to rely on yourself. That aside, you can do anything you want. Seriously. If you have the time and motivation, as well as the correct diet, it's possible. You can google lots of sites, but ivillage and http://www.smartmomma.com/fit_healthy/fit_healthy_main.htm
look credible.
Congrats on the baby. ^_^

You can certainly become a more toned you. You will always look like you and not necessarily like Kate Hudson or Catherine Zeta-Jones...unless, of course, that's what you looked like before. My daughter is 3. I gained 68 lbs with my pregnancy. I lost 25 in the first 2 weeks after her birth, and there I stayed for 2 years! I wasn't trying terribly hard to lose it, so it stayed. About a year ago, I drastically changed my diet and exercise program. I changed to a completely wheat and sugar free diet, about 80% raw food. I started practicing Bikram Yoga 4 times a week. The difference I saw was *incredible*. I lost 20 lbs in the first 2-3 months! Not only did I lose weight, but the shape of my body changed completely. I'm still about 10-15 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight...but I am practicing yoga less now, so it's slow going. With hard work and determination you can get very close to how you looked pre-baby. Good luck!
BTW- Those celebrities, who look the same 3 weeks later, go to "camps" to lose the weight. They are put on extreme diets and massive exercise regiments. Basically, they are doing NOTHING except for losing weight, as a full-time job. Not realistic for us regular folk.

Of course you can, but it will take time and hard work. You gotta remember, those celebs have personal trainers and chefs, and agents breathing down their necks about how their career depends on shaping up double-time, and they also have nannies to care for their babies while they work out for hours and hours every day. They can also take time off to recover from exhaustion from pushing too hard to get back in shape. My point is, be realistic about how long it may take you to get in shape, and keep at it, don't get discouraged. You absolutely can do it, but it won't happen overnight. Go for it!

You certainly can lose weight and get fit. Please do not expect fast results though. It simply does not work that way.
Start with walking daily for a length of time that is long enough to have you feeling just slightly winded at most. Do try to limit food portions and do not do emotional eating.
Keep at it and be patient but determined.

Sure, but a lot of the time anxiety about losing weight will actually keep it on.

Of course, but it is hard! 82% of all people on a diet DON'T make it to their goal! Mainly because they give up, just NEVER give up.

Of course. Please don't compare yourself to those celebrity moms. Not all of them look as good as you think.
