3rd anniversary since you had been going out since 2004. so it would be that you have been together from jan 3 2004-jan 4 2005, jan 3 2005, jan 3 2006 and jan 3, 2006 to jan 3, 2007. that is three full years.

3rd, what the heck is to explain?? 2007 - 2004 = 3. How in the WORLD could you ever get 4? The first date itself is not an "anniversary" - 2005 is the "first anniversary", 2006 is the second, 2007 is the third. Can you count???

Is the education system so bankrupt that you don't know how to count to three? Jan. 3, 2005 (1st anniversary), Jan. 3, 2006 (2nd anniversary), Jan. 3 2007 (3rd anniversary).
