Genital warts is an STD, not something fatal. Just be up front about it when you go to join. They will probably have some treatment available that is not for the public that can clear it up in days.

I don't see how this STD can keep you out of the Armed Forces. You can be treated for these. You could call a recruitment office from a pay phone, use a fake name, and ask to speak to a supervising officer, then state that you have a medical question to ask. At least the question would be taken seriously then.

It's a tough question b/c I would say ask a recruiter but that could be embarrassing. I wish I knew for sure but they would not except my brother-in-law b/c he had eczema on his face. Not sure why but, hey if they're that picky over a lil rash, who can say? Good luck hon.

Go ahead and join....they won't test for them and you shouldn't say anything. It will not prevent you from performing your duties so don't worry about it.
