I always take the thing that my son likes the best-- his cell phone, his tool of communication, his lifeline to the outside world. When he whines about what I take away then I take away his next favorite thing--- the computer. If you want her to take away something different then pretend that something other than the cell phone is your favorite thing. I shouldn't tell you that. It's really a parental secret, but there it is.

She is specifically taking the cellphone away because it's obviously what you enjoy most since you've asked this question on here more than once tonight! If you'd stop being a brat, listen to your parents and stop trying to be a grown up so fast then you'd probably have your cellphone on you at all times. Think about what you're asking here! Hmmm lets see if I listen to my parents and stop getting into trouble then my stuff wouldn't be taken away...WOW not rocket science is it!!! PRAISE TO THE PARENTS

stop being a naughty kid and she won't have to play evil mommy. What would be the point in taking something else away if the phone is what really hurts..... she gets her point across loud and clear(you are upset aren't you) when will you listen? start acting like an adultby being have and listening to her and maybe she will be more inclined to treat you like one.

you said she takes your phone "when i do something wrong". does this mean you agree that you've done somehting wrong? because if you do, then that's why it's called a "punishment" - it's supposed to hurt!
You'd be right to argue that different levels of wrongdoing deserve different levels of punishment, but i don't have enough info from your question - you might want to bring that idea up with your mom though...
good luck

It's suppose to be punishment. It sounds to me like she's taking away the right thing.
