Josh, how did you ever find out that you had little red bumps on your behind? Did you see them yourself while doing yoga in the shower or were you walking down the street and someone came up from behind (no pun intended) and tell you "hey, you have little red bumps all over your behind"? Any way I think if you scrub really good with a Brillo pad and then apply Desitin you should be better in no time. Good luck.

It depends on what type of red bumps they are. They could be dry skin with the hair follicle blocked (folliculitis) (not sure of spelling) or it could be bacteria. I suggest seeing a dermatologist. You may also want to try washing with anti-dandruff shampoo, no joke, it cleans well if it is bacteria. If it is folliculitis there is a prescription cream that could help.

You WANT little red bumps? LOL...... Try poison ivy.

Unless you MEANT to say what can you use to get rid of the bumps on your ***, in which case I'd say Retin A or any other acne medicine that works.

Why would this question even be answered here? This is not an answer to your question that would count. Just an observation.
