It's not necessarily bad, but not good either. Unless you sleep absolutely motionless...
Wet hair is more fragile and more succeptable to breakage. So, as you toss and turn, roll over, etc. your hair can be damaged while you get your shut eye.
Too tired to blow dry completely? Knocking off some moisture with a partial blow try can help a bit. If your hair is longer, try braiding it. This can prevent some damage also.
Best of luck!

Sure, go ahead. It's just an old wives tale about not going to bed if your hair is wet. In the case of waist length hair, I know I went to bed with my hair wet some of the time--it takes so long to dry. I put my wet hair in braids and in the morning I got the nicest looking curls that I really didn't do anything special for.

This is the classic myth. The "Bad" part refers to the long term consequences. Not blowing your hair when you sleep causes headaches when you get old. Blowing your hair too much will slightly affects brain functions later on in life. This is just from what I hear from parents, relatives, etc.. I don't believe there's been an actually study on this myth.
Anyhow, I blow my hair only slightly so I don't keep too much moisture on my head for a long period of time. I blow it until it's 50% dry and then I just wait until it fully dries.

No, it's more of a myth i think. I do it all the time. Besides the fact that the pillow gets wet, making sleeping on it a little uncomfortable there is nothing wrong with it. I can swear i never got sick from that. Besides, blow drying can be damaging to the hair.

You will get migraine in your later years even though you feel fine right now. Always blow dry your hair or let it dry before you go to bed. And anyway, you wouldn't like your pillow to be wet and cold, would you?

No, not at all. It's actually better for your hair to air dry than be blown dry :) Also, the "You'll get a headache" and the "You'll catch a cold" are both myths.
Hope that helped!

My dad always told me i would get sick. But I never did. I don't think anything is wrong with other than your hair is all over in the morning.
