I am too much weak in English, My mother toung is hindi, Would any body like to help me how I can imrove my communication in English

If you know anyone who speaks English, ask them to hold conversations with you. It's a great way to learn conversational English.
Read. A lot. Keep an English dictionary nearby.

to learn any language in the world, there is only one way that is natural as child learns to speak.....so there are some specific steps which you are supposed to follow. listening, speaking, reading and then writing...... but the problem is we try to read and write first then try to speak and at the end we try to listen..... and it becomes hectic to learn any language. so u must listen, then try to speak and then read and write. i hope it will help u.
